BC Cancer Society will benefit from live concert


Cancer is a disease that affects not just the person suffering from it, but everyone else around them. On Aug. 14, SoundMinistry presents DCS, a UK band, live in concert, along with local group Bombay Sapphire, Hollywood Harv on the mike, Maxim NRG and DJ Aftershock spinning his records to raise funds for the BC Cancer Society.


The performance will be held at the Fraserview Hall in Vancouver. The concert will help raise funds to find the cure for cancer, help those suffering from the illness to get the treatment they need.


All proceeds from ticket and liquor sales will go to the BC Cancer Society,


Tickets are $25 each or 10 for $200 in advance, and $40 at the door. VIP tickets are $45 each or a table of eight for $300.


VIP tickets provide seating on an elevated stage, personal bartender, servers, appetizers, hot/cold drinks and full dinner.


All other tickets include soft drinks and appetizers. There is a limited supply of tickets.
