Vancouver actress lands Hollywood pilot

Primeval New World actress Sandy Sidhu has landed a leading role in the new American pilot 'Intelligence'.

The winsome actress played Pallavi Grewal in Primeval, the Space channel program that was based in Vancouver and that gathered a strong cult following.

Sidhu's recent projects include starring in a Canadian short Heart of Hearing opposite Breakaway’s Vinay Virmani, as well as working in Mumbai, India on a film project with director Rakeysh Mehra.

In Intelligence, Sidhu is cast as ‘Amelia Hayes’. The show stars Josh Holloway of Lost fame.

Intelligence is centered at U.S. Cyber Command and focuses on a unit that has been created around one agent (Holloway) with a very special gift — a microchip has been implanted in his brain that allows him to access the entire electromagnetic spectrum.
