Sikh organization offers Gurmat seminar

Sardar Jagmeet Singh, Deputy Leader of Ontario NDP and Sardar Harinder Singh, Co-Founder and CEO of SikhRI will speak at the fifth annual benefit luncheon Sunday October 25th at the Grand Taj, Surrey BC. People are welcome to join in a dialogue on Gurmat Based Leadership.

“This event promises to be both inspirational and educational for all. It will provide young people with a unique opportunity to have conversations with Sikh mentors in leadership roles,” said Baljinder Kaur, president of SikhRI-Canada.

Sardar Jagmeet Singh has extensive experience as a criminal defense lawyer. In January 2012, the Toronto Star named him one of Toronto’s top 12 personalities to watch in 2012.

Harinder Singh is a world-renowned Sikh scholar who has lectured at universities, interfaith conferences, interviews on TV & radio. He is also Co-Founder of the Panjab Digital Library.

SikhRI provides educational resources to Sikhs to lead a Guru-Inspired life with its community online in-person programs.
