Length at position: Five years at the company but was just promoted as a Project Coordinator.
Hours worked per week: 40 hours

Best part of job: I have a home and work balance which I value a lot. CHC didn’t provide me that balance because I was overworking for up to 10 hours per day.
I enjoy working with the people ,environment and culture that is very casual and open to communication along with lots of respect. I also enjoy the teamwork and opportunity to grow to a higher level position.
EDUCATION:
Degree(s):ACMA-associate member from the UK which is offered in Sri Lanka and also American CPA (certified public acountanting)
from LA.
School: Columbo Business School that’s ACMA, CPA Chapter School
Advice:
A university degree is not enough anymore, therefore I would suggest a specialized certification. As of next year, it is a prerequisite to have a University Degree before you could apply for a CMA program. Overall, it takes about 5-7 years of school. As for people who are already qualified or obtained certain education outside of Canada, I would suggest the CMA designation, which is a variety of courses that you have to complete before you are qualified to use your practice in Canada or getting into the two-year Strategic Leadership Program of CMA.
Work experience is very important because by the 7th year you must have some work experience that is relevant to your studies.
LIFESTYLE:
Favourite recreational activity: Spending time with family in various activities
Upcoming vacation plans: Cruise next year with her husband and maybe Disney World if she has a second child by next year.
In five years, I see myself enjoying:
A higher level of senior management position. And in the next 10 years, I see myself not having a job because I will hopefully make enough money to pay off my mortgage.
