Mothers and daughters evening in Surrey

The South Asian Family Association (SAFA) is hosting their second annual Mothers & Daughters evening on Saturday November 19 at the Grand Taj Banquet Hall in Surrey, BC.
More than 600 women attended the first Mothers & Daughters event last year.
This year women can expect to be treated to another evening of fun and food.  Tickets include dinner and appetizers, a Mother-Daughter fashion show curated by Raj Collections Boutique and some very special entertainment items.
The evening will focus on wellness with a keynote speech by Dr. Arvinder Kang with tips and fun-filled methods of reducing stress and having fun. Aarti Gandhi will be teaching a Bollywood dance class at this event as well as performing a solo bharatnatyam dance. Luv Randhawa from the bhangra group Signia will also perform his latest hit ‘Living It Up’.
WHEN:  Saturday November 19, 2011.  Doors open at 5:30PM (program starts at 6pm).
WHO:  Ladies and girls. Young boys under 3 years old are permitted.
PRICE: Individual tickets are $20. Unreserved packages of 8 tickets can be purchased for $150.  A reserved table for 8 guests is $180.  Reserved tables are available on a first-come first-reserved basis.
