Let justice be served, the conspirators - her mother especially should be punished. how can a mother who brought her into the world do this?

Is the Canadian government really so cowardly that we would let a corrupt regime like India take out our garbage for us? Given what we now know, does anybody really think Jassi's family will see justice in a country where justice is bought and sold? Her husband spent four years in jail, falsely accused of rape by his wife's killer, while he vacationed with her family in B.C. We don't need to extradite these people. We need to give them a fair Canadian trial, and then they need to spend the rest of their lives in a Canadian Jail! Not an Indian villa!

Very tragic story. Tragic loss of life. Continued tortured life for Mithu. There needs to be justice! The Canadian government needs to step up as a leader and show how justice is served.

Lack of education and obsession with religion makes one ruthless and cruel as is the case with Mr. Badesha. it is clear that having a flowing beard does not make a true Sikh. The showing of Mr. Badesha in front of his gurudwara is true example how a despicable creature can shield himself through his religion and hide his true identity as a murderer. Justice shall prevail for Jassi and Mithu.

I have followed this tragic story for 11 years. Jassi was a Canadian and she should be receving protection, even in death, as a Canadian. Since her family felt that they could receive justice for her "betrayal" to them in India, let them face justice in India as well. Extradite them!

I have also been following this horrible crime from the beginning and it still does sicken me. I am pleased to know that these monsters not humans have been charged. But what saddens me the most is how long it took for them to finally get arrested. The government - these so called people who represent our country, one that truly believes in a free peace loving constitutional land - obviously have not done their job and it is a pity, a real pity. It's a big joke that we should trust these individuals to do the right thing.

As far as the mother and uncle being extrediated , I wish they could be sentenced here, however it could work either way as any government is corrupt they may not get the full consequences or perhaps they be waiting for there attackers.

Just one word for them watch your backs eyes are on you and always have been.
