Condo prices slumping in Vancouver

According to www.DreamHomehub.com, the average price of a condo listed for sale in Downtown Vancouver for May 2013 was $468,000.
The average selling price for a condo in downtown core however for the same period was only $399,000 – a difference of $69,000 downward.
The New, Sold, and Expired listings were collected from MLS (Multiple Listing Service) of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board and the market conditions were determined by a unique formula from DreamHomeHub.com.
